Bookings and fares

Fares shown are indicative per-kilometre rates. The final fare depends on the route, trip type, duration and any applicable driver allowance, tolls or parking. We confirm the fare with you before the trip.

Cancellations

You may cancel a booking by contacting us. Cancellation terms for outstation trips and tour packages are shared at the time of booking.

Conduct and safety

• Our drivers are verified and trained to follow safe driving practices.
• We ask travellers to treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol in the vehicle are not permitted.

Liability

We take every measure to ensure a safe and comfortable journey. Primecorp Trips is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or events beyond our control.
